How long does it take for an order to arrive?                                         

All orders made by our customers are processed in our fulfillment centers in Asia. All orders received are typically processed within 5 days with an estimated delivery time of between 12-20 days (depending on location). Despite being our fastest shipping time, we understand that this can still be a pretty long wait which is why we encourage all of our customers to please be patient. 

What payment methods do you accept?                                                       

The payment methods that we currently accept includes American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Diners Club, JCB and of course Shopify Payments. We currently don't take Paypal.

What is the return policy and how do I make a return?                              

We encourage all of our customers to contact us if there's any return issues that they'd like to resolve with an order number available to make the process easier. Our return policy terms last 30 days after a purchase has been made. All returns made after this period can't be processed. Products must be in the same condition that they were purchased in. As a reminder, all customers are responsible for the shipping cost of an item that is being sent to our returned. To return a product, simply repackage and have it delivered to our return address at PO Box 124 1234 St Johns Place. For more information, please scroll down to our return policy. 

Do you ship internationally?

Outside the U.S, the only countries that we ship products to are Canada, the U.K, Australia and New Zealand. We don't ship orders anywhere else. We also strongly advise all customers to avoid putting in a PO box as their shipping address. Due to PCI compliance restrictions, we WON'T be able to process any orders that uses PO boxes as their shipping address.

What are your shipping rates?

Our standard shipping rate is $7.67 for all purchases made under $40. Shipping is free for all orders over $40.

What is your refund policy? 

We offer full refunds for any items that have been bought 30 days after the purchase date. To be eligible, the purchases must meet one of two conditions.

  • Buyer changed their mind about purchasing the item(s).

  • Purchased item(s) was broken, defective, doesn't match description, never arrived.

All that we request is that you submit the order number as well as pictures of the product as proof of purchase to verify your request. Further details can be found on our return policy down below. 

How can I check the status of my order?                                                   

Products can only be tracked 2-5 days after an order has been made due processing time. You can check the status of your order by inserting the tracking number of your product to the tracking number search bar after you click "Track Your Order". 

Can I make changes on my orders? 

We can't make any changes to an order after it's been made since all orders made are processed quickly after they have been made to ensure that they reach their target destination as quickly as possible. We can however make changes on the address if there is an issue.
